Daily Devotional for Friday June 4, 2021

“Lord, to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life!”

(Psalms 51:10; John 3:16)

***DAILY PERSONAL PRAYER FOR YOU: Lord, even though we have no right to ask, please continue to watch over this nation. Thank You for showing us the clear signs of destruction our sin and rebellion have heaped upon our land. I pray today that as a nation we will turn back to You and Your Truth. Give me strength as days of persecution are upon us, and let me stand proud and strong for You and Your Kingdom. In the name of Jesus I pray...AMEN!

***THE DAILY LIVEPRAYER TV NUGGET: The single most critical issue that will determine whether we completely lose our nation is the Senate filibuster. As far as I am concerned, this is the line in the sand that will determine if God will continue to unleash His judgement and wrath on our land. I have shared numerous times that while “avatar” POTUS Biden is and will continue to do great damage to our nation, we can get back on track by leading the lost to Christ and with the right political leadership in the coming years. That is if...A HUGE IF...the Senate filibuster is kept in place. I have laid out in detail the irreversible damage to our country if it is no longer in place. West Virginia Senator Joe Manchin and Arizona Senator Kyrsten Sinema. BOTH need to vote to end the Senate filibuster. WITHOUT BOTH OF THEM VOTING FOR REMOVAL, IT WILL STAY IN PLACE! Incredible pressure from the White House, fellow Democrats, and many liberal special interest groups is being put on both of them to relent. YOU NEED TO PRAY EVERY DAY FOR BOTH MANCHIN AND SINEMA TO HOLD THE LINE SINCE THE FATE OF OUR NATION LITERALLY HANGS ON WHAT THEY DO. May the Lord give them both His strength to withstand the pressure they are under, and the peace in knowing they will be remembered in history as the 2 brave souls who wouldn’t allow the nation we love to literally be destroyed and remade into the perverted vision of globalists who want the United States to be just “another chunk of land on the globe for them to control!”

As Liveprayer heads towards our 22nd anniversary online this August, we have overcome the non-stop daily challenges of all kinds to our work. Many have emailed me personally, amazed at how throughout over 2 decades, facing death threats, literal attacks on our office, having our emails blocked at times by Microsoft and every other major email provider, not to mention our financial challenges, I have never lost faith or simply given up.

When asked by Jesus if they would leave him, Peter promptly replied, “Lord, to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life!”

I made a commitment 30 yrs ago to dedicate whatever days God had for me in this life, to His work. I have had nothing BUT my faith from day one. This ministry was never about me, about seeing how much money, property, homes, cars, and other temporal things of this world I could amass. I had that and more in the decade I “ran” from the Lord prior to surrendering the rest of my life to Him.

That is why Liveprayer doesn’t have advertisers, or ghost writers like the major ministries have to pump out books and other resources to generate millions annually. I have always told people there is really only ONE BOOK you need to read and study...GOD’S WORD...THE BIBLE! While I do my best each day over these past nearly 22 yrs now to share with you the issues of the day, it is always in the context of God’s Word since that is the ONLY Truth there is!!!

Not depending on advertisers, product sales, gives me the freedom each day to never compromise the Word of God and to share the unadulterated Truth of the Bible! The only one I have to listen to and please each day is the Holy Spirit. Over these 2+ decades, Liveprayer has literally lost MILLIONS OF DOLLARS in donations because people got upset over God’s Truth on a certain subject.

It is easy to stay away from certain controversial issues, water down the Truth to not offend certain people to protect “donations.” However, I never forget one day like each one of us, I will take my last breath in this life and stand before Almighty God. I have sacrificed the last 30 years of my life to insure that will be a special moment and I would never do anything to jeopardize it!

God has rewarded not only my faith, but the faith of so many friends like you throughout the years. Tens of millions of lives impacted for Christ worldwide. Over 170 MILLION emails for prayer prayed over and responded to. Over 17 MILLION praise report archived. Most important, over 1.8 MILLION souls we know of who have come to faith in Jesus Christ.

THAT IS THE REAL FRUIT OF OUR FAITH, EFFORTS, AND SACRIFICE FOR THE LORD!!! NOTHING THAT HAS HAPPENED THROUGH LIVEPRAYER HAS HAPPENED APART FROM THE LORD’S BLESSINGS AND THE FAITHFUL PRAYERS AND SACRIFICES OF FRIENDS LIKE YOU!!! I AM ONLY ABLE TO HAVE THIS BOLD AND VISIBLE PLATFORM TO SHARE HIS TRUTH TO THE LOST AND HURTING MASSES WORLDWIDE EACH DAY BECAUSE OF YOU AND I THANK GOD FOR YOU EACH AND EVERY DAY!!!

I never doubt each day as the Lord allows me to wake up, He has prepared me over these decades for this very moment in human history. He has also prepared YOU for this moment in human history! May brothers and sisters in future generations should Jesus tarry, tell of our faithfulness to our Lord at this critical time in our nation’s history and the history of the world!!!
