CELEBRATING 20 YEARS OF LIVEPRAYER!!!

(John 14:6)

***DAILY PERSONAL PRAYER FOR YOU: Lord, Thank You for meeting my daily needs as You have promised in Your Word. I look to You and You alone for my sustenance through life, and Thank You for Your faithfulness. Please help me to be a good steward of the funds You entrust into my care during this life, and give me favor in my finances, and wisdom in my decisions. In the name of Jesus I pray...AMEN!!!

CELEBRATING 20 YEARS OF LIVEPRAYER!!!

A modern day loaves and fishes miracle! Today begins the 20th anniversary month for Liveprayer. Tens of millions of lives worldwide have been impacted. Since we began 7,300 Daily Devotionals, 15 million emails for prayer prayed over and responded to, 1.5 million praise reports archived, 3,000+ live TV programs on non-Christian stations and networks, in addition to officiating several hundred weddings and funerals, and visiting well over 500 hospital rooms.

However, most important of all are the apx. 1.4 million souls we know of who have come to faith in Jesus Christ and will be forever in Heaven with Jesus!!!

Just looking at these number is incredible. It has been a joy I can’t even put into words. I really have done nothing more than wake up each morning and do my very best to be faithful. It has only been possible due to the love, endless prayers, and great sacrifices of so many of our friends here at Liveprayer over these past 20 yrs.

It has taken $14 million dollars given by thousands of dear friends over these past 20 years in order to provide the literal 24/7 ministry we have to people worldwide for free. That $700,000 a year is the same basic budget of a local church with less than 1,000 members!

The only way we have been able to accomplish all we have for the Lord is first and foremost walking by faith, literally every single day. I have refused to play the fundraising games most ministries and many churches play. As Paul did, I simply prayed about our need the first of each month, got on my knees and asked the Lord to provide that amount, not a penny more, shared our needs with our friends, and go to work trusting God to provide!!!

The $14 million we have raised to accomplish all we have for the Lord over the past 20 years has also only been possible because I have not allowed Liveprayer to turn into a huge “monster” operationally. We still operate the ministry out of the back rooms a used car lot that we started in 20 years ago.

I have refused to buy buildings that require monthly operational costs. I have no staff other than an assistant and tech team that is critical to our daily operations. I took a modest salary of apx. $50,000 a year until 2008 when the economic downturn hit so many people. The past 11 years I have only taken what was required for my daily living needs.

I also don’t own a fleet of luxury cars, multiple mansions, or private jets as so many national ministries do. Our monthly operations budget of $55,000 is less than what many national ministries pay each month in fuel for their private jets! I have been satisfied knowing whatever rewards there may be from God’s work will come in Glory, not in this lifetime.

***JULY FINANCIAL UPDATE: As we head into the final day of July, we still have to bring in the final $40,000 of our basic July ministry operations. It is critical to cover $10,000 TODAY, $16,000 TOMORROW, leaving the final $14,000 to take care of next week so we can begin to work on the $55,000 we require for our basic August ministry operations

$26,000 of our $40,000 balance is CRITICAL for our daily ministry operations. I am praying for one or two of our friends who God has richly blessed to send a special one-time gift to help me insure this critical $26,000 of our July balance is taken care of.

*We are at a difficult place we have been several times over the 20 years of Liveprayer. In 2017, satan thought he had finally silenced the voice of Liveprayer. It was close, but after God moved on the heart of ONE DEAR FRIEND who was able to make a huge sacrifice for His work here, we went on to have our most productive year of ministry yet during 2018. With the culture we live in being in spiritual freefall, 2019 has again been a very productive year from a ministry perspective and the needs and opportunities will continue to grow.

For those who have been part of the Liveprayer family for these many years, you know that I have never sent a Devotional like this unless it was an emergency. I don't play games when it comes to the finances. I simply share our needs, get on my knees, and trust God to move on the hearts of people to provide for our needs.

My friend, I am counting on you today. I need to hear from you today. This is critical, and I desperately need your help. There are some in the Liveprayer family reading these words today who have sold some property, a business, received an inheritance, a tax return, or possibly just have funds you have faithfully accumulated God may be speaking to you about investing into His work here at Liveprayer!!!

I desperately need your help and will be in prayer for the Lord to move on your heart and for you to be obedient to help me today!!!

After 20 yrs online, 15 on TV, being part of this work of the Lord daily you know that this is a sovereign work of His grace and our faithfulness. Liveprayer is fertile ground to sow your seed and see a mighty harvest of souls from your faithfulness!!!
