WHAT WILL DECIDE THE UPCOMING 2020 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION!!! (Part Two of Three)

***DAILY PERSONAL PRAYER FOR YOU: Dear Lord, help me to focus on the fact that while as a nation and people we operate in a political infrastructure, the answers for our nation are not political but spiritual! Only through the Gospel transforming lives can this nation once again rise up and be the GOD BLESSED land we once were. Help us Lord to not be distracted by the “noise” of the political world, but stay focused on the one and only answer for our land, turning back to Almighty God and HIS Truth!!! In the name of Jesus…AMEN!!!

WHAT WILL DECIDE THE UPCOMING 2020 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION, HOW IT WILL BE DONE, AND WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO OUR CULTURE AND FOR CHRISTIANS!!! (Part Two of Three)

The Democratic Party is focusing on winning a larger percentage of the faith vote. Make no mistake about it, the ONLY reason George W. Bush won the Presidency in 2000 was due to the vote of evangelical Christians. He was re-elected in 2004 ONLY because of the vote of evangelical Christians. In 2016, the miracle election of Donald Trump ONLY happened because of the vote of evangelical Christians. Likewise, if he is to be re-elected in 2020 it will ultimately be due to the vote of evangelical Christians!!!

The Democratic Party is not ignorant to the facts I just shared with you. They realize that with everything else being equal, with no significant variables to the electorate in the next 16 months, defeating Donald Trump’s re-election bid will come down to their ability to peel off even just 5% of the evangelical vote!

Delaware Senator Democratic Chris Coons wrote in a recent article carried by “The Atlantic” that Democrats need to talk about their faith. A couple of months ago when South Bend, Indiana Mayor Pete Buttigieg entered the race for the Democratic nomination, I spent an entire Daily Devotional warning people about how dangerous he was. Not because I think he has any real chance of gaining the nomination, but because he was very articulate and aggressive in declaring he was a man of faith, and that like Senator Coons, believed that Democrats must not just allow President Trump have the faith vote without a fight.

Having a political history with former Indiana Governor and current Vice President Mike Pence, Buttigieg specifically targeted Pence in declaring that the Republican Party must not be allowed to continue dominating the faith vote in this country. Pence is a serious, legitimate, hard core Biblical Christian who has a lifetime of consistently living out his faith in his many years of public service as a Congressman, Governor, and now Vice President. Buttigieg’s main argument is that Christians are intolerant bigots whose lives do not represent in any way the life of Christ. He also makes the case that evangelicals are gross hypocrites for supporting a heathen hedonist like Donald Trump.

Here is the problem Mayor Petey, Senator Coons, and many other Democrats running for the Presidency have in their quest for the faith vote. How do you call yourself a person of faith, declare yourself a Christian, when you hold beliefs that are 100% inconsistent with what the Bible teaches!!! In the Bible, it clearly teaches all throughout the Old and New Testaments that sex is a special gift from God for a man and woman to share in the bonds of marriage. PERIOD!

ALL SEX OUTSIDE OF THE BONDS OF A BIBLICAL MARRIAGE, A MAN AND WOMAN, IS A SIN. IF YOU ARE NOT MARRIED THAT SIN IS CALL FORNICATION. IF YOU ARE MARRIED AND HAVING SEX WITH ANYONE OTHER THAN YOUR SPOUSE IT IS CALL ADULTERY. BOTH FORNICATION AND ADULTERY IS DECLARED SIN BY THE BIBLE AND IT IS NOT EVEN A DEBATABLE ISSUE!!!

The Bible clearly teaches that God’s Holy Institution of Marriage is one man, one woman, for one lifetime. Mayor Petey can declare until he is blue in the face that he is married to another man, and at this moment in the deteriorating spiritual influence of our culture that may be so legally, BUT IT IS NOT NOW, EVER WAS, OR EVER WILL BE A MARRIAGE IN ACCORDANCE WITH GOD’S WORD AND HOW GOD ORDAINED HIS HOLY INSTITUTION!!!

In addition to the sexual sin and perversion of God’s Holy Institution of Marriage, Mayor Petey and EVERY DEMOCRAT RUNNING FOR PRESIDENT supports, advocates, and votes 100% of the time for the slaughter of innocent babies. Once again, there is literally not one word of legitimate debate about abortion being a sin in the context of the Holy Bible.

THE FACT IS THAT THOSE RUNNING FOR THE DEMOCRATIC NOMINATION FOR PRESIDENT IN THE UPCOMING 2020 RACE, TAKE POSITIONS ON THE FAITH ISSUES OF OUR DAY IN COMPLETE AND UTTER REBELLION TO THE WORD OF GOD!!!

However, let me caution you. Please hear me clearly. Just 10 years ago, people claiming to be men and women of faith would have never been so bold to make such a declaration and aggressively target the faith vote. That is quite simply because they would not be taken seriously and actually offend true people of faith who accept the Bible as Absolute Faith and our final authority in ALL matters.

In these past couple of months I have written specific Daily Devotionals about the “fake church” that exists today, about people who call themselves Christians, yet live their lives in complete rebellion to Christ and His Word. I have also helped you to understand that the vast percentage of the last 2 generations have never even been to church. They have NO faith foundation at all, and their views and beliefs have been developed by the Godless culture they have grown up in.

When you take into consideration at least 70% of our churches today are “fake churches” that are NOT guided by the Truth of the Bible, that people identify as a Christian despite living in rebellion to the teachings of God’s Word, and a large and growing non-churched population, Democrats who are focused on the faith vote actually have a constituency to draw from that really didn’t exist before. Many people who consider themselves as “good,” “spiritual,” and “Christians,” are in fake churches and don’t adhere to the Truth of the Bible. These are all people that fall into the “faith” category who the Democrats are targeting.

I love and care about you so much. The bottom line is that if Donald Trump is to be re-elected in 2020, he must have a huge turnout from the evangelical community, actual Biblical Christians whose vote is largely based on who best represents their faith beliefs. The growing population of people who claim to be people of faith yet are NOT Biblical Christians, will side with the unBiblical beliefs espoused by many of the Democratic Presidential hopefuls.

As I shared yesterday, abortion will be the deciding issue in the 2020 election, and true Biblical followers of Christ will be the deciding votes as to who will be elected as President of the United States on November 3, 2020!
