Who is part of the “religion of social justice?”

(Joel 3:9)

***DAILY PERSONAL PRAYER FOR YOU: Father, give me a passion for your Word. Give me a desire each day to read and consume your precious Word that really is a lamp unto my feet and a guide for my life. I pray each day that I can not just be a consumer of your Word, but a DOER of your Word. In the name of Jesus I pray...AMEN!

He said, “We need a more humane vison of faith than what VP Mike Pence represents!” The simple translation is, the Bible should not be the foundation of the Christian faith. Even though a person calls themselves a follower of Jesus Christ, thus having their faith rooted and grounded in His Word, only the most extreme in the faith actually do that. It is much more important to focus on being kind to others, help the less fortunate, and not judge others based on a book that has not evolved with the times. This my friend is the clarion call in the year 2019 by people calling themselves Christians and a “fake church” that refuses to be held accountable by the very words God Himself wrote and are supposed to form the foundation of their faith!!!

"Proclaim this among the nations: Prepare for war! Rouse the warriors! Let all the fighting men draw near and attack." Joel 3:9

The “religion of social justice” and who their adherents are, and why Biblical Christians are their only foe! A war is waging in our society, a war that only one side is really fighting in earnest, a war that most on one side don’t even realize exists! This war is between those who are part of the religion of social just, groups who fight relentlessly and with everything they have every minute of every day! Their only foe is Biblical Christians who for the most part not only aren’t fighting in this war, but don’t even know there is a war!!!

In any war, you must understand who your enemy is. For instance, in the ultimate war of good and evil we know it is the God of the Bible versus satan. So the first step in this war Biblical Christians are in against the religion of social justice, we have to know exactly who makes up this religion of social justice. As with any religion, people are bound together by certain commonly held beliefs. For those who are part of the religion of social justice, their commonly held core belief is their hatred of Biblical Christians, the only group they must defeat and destroy to advance their “religion” without any interference.

Here is the list of those who make up the religion of social justice in no particular order since they all work together and with each other to advance their cause. If there was one group to point to as what you might call the “bishop” in this religion, it would be the baby killing industry. Other groups include those who oppose law enforcement, advocates of pro-immigration/open borders, environmentalists including those who push the lucrative climate change agenda, the pornography and gambling industries, the various powerful LGBTQ groups, and those who make up the cults and false religions of the world.

More groups making up the religion of social justice are the vast majority of the music, movie, and television industries, those who follow Marxists, communist, and socialist political ideologies, and the wicked racial division organizations. Big tech, those who control the internet and the top platforms that literally run the daily operations of the world affecting the lives of the entire 7 billion plus worldwide population.

Additionally you have those who identify as atheists, now the number one “religious group” in the United States. For the first time in history, atheists constitute the largest religious group in America. According to the General Social Survey, the number of Americans who have no religion has increased 266% over the past three decades and now account for 23.1% of the population, just barely edging out Catholics and Evangelicals as the nation's dominant faith. Mainline Protestant churches have suffered the greatest collapse, declining 62.5% since 1982 and now comprising just 10.8% of the U.S. population.

Adherents to the religion of social justice also include the fake church I spoke of yesterday. If you missed the Daily Devotional for Tuesday 4/9/19 please read it. All of the Daily Devotionals are on our website. Most congregants who make up the fake church might call themselves Christians, but they pick and choose what parts of God’s Word they want to live by, and live in rebellion to those parts they don’t agree with.

Lastly, you have the vast percentage of the media, the 24/7 worldwide propagandist arm of the religion of social justice. You also have the political left around the world including those who ascribe to a globalist view, and the Democratic Party in the United States. Thirty years ago you could find a percentage of the Democratic Party who were not in lockstep to a hard left ideology. Today, that is no longer true as their ideology is held above all else...including this nation!

Now do you understand the importance of several reoccurring themes I have written in some form most days these past 20 years? Why I constantly talk about the vast percentage of first one, now two generations have never even been to church and have no faith background? Their views of the life, of the world, their beliefs, have not been shaped by God’s Word but a sin-filled and rebellious culture that opposes God’s Word on every issue!

This is why I have upset many people over the years by ripping those who masquerade as “pastors” but are little more than money hustlers, motivational speakers, building their own kingdom and not God’s! You have the “fake church” I talked about yesterday where people go to be entertained and not equipped to be the soldiers of Christ, prepared to contend for the faith as Biblical Christians are called to do.

Let me also add, as I have stated often politics IS NOT THE ANSWER!!! The importance of politics is that it provides the influence over society. When you have a political party that is sympathetic to the Christian community, it allows Christians to do the world God has called us to in His Word with a little less confrontation. A political party in power opposed to Christians makes the work of the Gospel more challenging. However, don’t forget the early church was birthed and initially grew in the midst of the most repressive, anti-Christian political atmosphere imaginable, as Rome was literally seeking to kill Christians and totally destroy the faith.

I love you and care about you so much. I think back to an event we will visit next week during Holy week, as Jesus and His disciples went to the Garden to pray after the Last Supper. If you remember, Jesus, knowing in His omniscience what was about to happen, asked them to pray with Him. Sadly, they slept instead, only waking up when the guards of the Sanhedrin came to arrest Jesus.

My friend, there is a war, a very real war that is taking place as I type these words. It is a war with the religion of social justice against Biblical Christians. Most Biblical Christians aren’t even aware this war is being fought, and like the disciples are sleeping. I am doing my best to wake you up so you aren’t awoken by the enemy with their swords drawn!

The good news is that we know how this war end. GOD WILL WIN AND HIS FOLLOWERS WILL RULE AND REIGN WITH HIM!!! It is our commission during this brief journey we are on in this life, to fight daily for the cause of Christ and to help lead as many as we can to faith in Jesus Christ. The real prize in the war we are in with the religion of social justice is for the eternal souls of men. May we be found faithful as each day God blesses us with, we take our stand for Christ and glorify Him!!!
