Daily Devotional for Sunday November 18, 2018

God's promise for YOU today!

(Isaiah 41:10)

***DAILY PERSONAL PRAYER FOR YOU: Father, give me a passion for your Word. Give me a desire each day to read and consume your precious Word that really is a lamp unto my feet and a guide for my life. I pray each day that I cannot just be a consumer of your Word, but a DOER of your Word. In the name of Jesus I pray...AMEN!

***LIVEPRAYER TV IS BACK!!! We will be re-launching the Liveprayer TV program with a Thanksgiving Day special broadcast LIVE from 7p-8p EST! Our regular broadcast schedule will begin that following Monday, November 26th, airing every Monday thru Friday LIVE from 11p-Midnight EST! As we have since the program began, we will be taking phone calls from the viewers on every program with questions, comments, and prayer requests.

You will be able to watch the Liveprayer TV program LIVE on ALL major streaming platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Roku, Apple TV, Amazon Fire Stick and others, as well as on the Liveprayer.com website. We will also archive every program so that if you can’t watch it live, you can watch it on your schedule ON DEMAND.

Another great blessing is that the TV program will initially on cost only $2,000 a monthly, as opposed to the tens of thousands of dollars each month it cost the ministry to air on traditional TV. That monthly cost will go up only as the viewership increases, meaning if we have to pay more each month it is because we are attracting a larger audience that will also bring new friends to help support Liveprayer. So please be praying about your sacrifice each month to insure that this additional monthly cost for a critical part of the Liveprayer ministry is covered.

After doing our LIVE TV program on various non-Christian stations and networks around the nation since 2003, I am humbled and most thankful for the opportunity to reach thousands and thousands of new people each night. I know that as each year passes, more and more people are growing up having never been to church, having never been in a home environment where God’s Word and faith in Jesus was practiced and honored. Pray with me that each night lives will be impacted for Christ, hope is given to those who are at a desperate place in their life, and lost souls will come to faith in Jesus Christ!!! AMEN!!!

As I was in prayer this morning about what God wanted me say to you today, He brought this powerful verse from the book of Isaiah into my heart and told me that many of you today needed to be encouraged and reassured that God has not left you. The Bible promises us that He will never leave us nor forsake us.

Let me say it this way, although you may have left God, God has NEVER left you! How can you fear anything, any person, any situation, or any circumstance, when God is there with you? When you are on the mountaintop, God is with you. When you are in the valley, God is with you. God is with you ALWAYS! But the promise of this verse doesn’t just end with His presence.

To me, the power in the verse is His promise to help us. Every morning, when I look into the mirror in my bathroom, the first thing I see is a Bible verse from John 15 that simply says, ?Without me you can do nothing.? I never want to start the day trusting in my own strength or wisdom, but relying on the strength and wisdom God provides.

It is such a comfort to know that God is with me and that He is helping me. That is why I have such confidence, even in the face of what often appears to be overwhelming odds. God is with me, He is helping me, and the Bible says that if He is with me, who can be against me! That promise also applies to you!!!

I want you to put this truth in your heart today so you can start living a confident, victorious life...NOW!!! There is no better time than now to put God to the test. If He said it, believe it, and live it!!!

When you are driving down the freeway at 60 mph and there are cars all around you going just as fast or even faster, you are trusting those other drivers literally with your life. When you get on an airplane, you are trusting the pilot to get you up and down safely. There are so many times each day that you are putting your faith in trust in people you don’t even know.

If you are willing to blindly trust total strangers every day, why not put your trust in God your Creator? Not only the God who created you in His own image, but the God who loved you so much He sent His Son to die for your sins. The very same God who promises to never leave you and to help you!

I love you and care about you so much. I want to see you rise above whatever circumstances you are facing and live a victorious life. Not only do you become a living testimony of God’s grace, but it frees you up to serve Him without being so distracted by the events in your life. Overcoming the problems in your life gives you the freedom to help others overcome their problems.

I will be praying for you today as you pray and meditate on this wonderful promise from God’s Word, “So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” (Is. 41:10)

In His love and service,

Your friend, brother, and co-laborer in Christ,
