Daily Devotional for Thursday October 25, 2018

A personal message from Liveprayer founder Rev. Bill Keller! Please prayerfully read as a personal favor to me!

(Deuteronomy 7:8; Romans 5:8; Ephesians 2:4,5)

DAILY PERSONAL PRAYER: “Dear Lord, YOU are my provider. You know my daily needs. You promised to care what I need each day for life....food, shelter, clothing. I put my trust in you. You own the cattle on a thousand hills, and I come to you today to thank you for providing for my needs in the past, and knowing my needs today. Today, I come to you, asking you to meet those needs as you promised in Your Word! In the name of Jesus I pray...AMEN!”

A very personal message from Liveprayer founder Rev. Bill Keller that I am asking you to please prayerfully read as a personal favor to me!

Over the nearly 20 yrs of Liveprayer, the ONLY thing that has ever slowed us down even a little, or ever threatened our ability to carry on the Lord’s work here, has been our finances. I made the decision day one that Liveprayer was not going to be turned into a marketing company like sadly so many ministries have become, using the Lord’s work to create incredible personal wealth.

I have followed the model of Paul, sharing our needs with those we minister to and walking in faith each day trusting the Lord to move on hearts to provide the necessary resources. On the first of every month, I have always prayed the same prayer, and that was for the Lord to provide what we needed that month to carry on His work and not a penny more.

Despite many opportunities to turn Liveprayer into a financial gold mine over these nearly 2 decades, I have remained faithful to that pledge I made to the Lord to simply minister to the needs of people without shame or compromise, share our needs, and trust HIM to provide the necessary resources...AND HE HAS!!!

Liveprayer owns no property. We have no offshore bank accounts, and why ministries do I will never understand. I don’t have multiple mansions, actually I have NO mansion at all other than the one the Lord is preparing for me in Glory. I have no garage full of luxury cars, a Bentley for each day as many Christian TV prosperity pimps brag about owning. No private jets. In fact, Liveprayer can operate each year on a fraction of the jet fuel many ministries purchase.

I STARTED LIVEPRAYER OVER 19 YEARS AGO AFTER 6 YEARS OF TRADITIONAL EVANGELISTIC MINISTRY IN CHURCHES, I HAD NOTHING OF ANY MATERIAL WORTH WHEN I BEGAN AND WILL GO HOME TO BE WITH THE LORD WHEN HE SAYS MY WORK IS FINISHED WITH NOTHING OF ANY MATERIAL WORTH, BUT A LEGACY OF ALL OF THE LIVES THE LORD HAS USED ME TO IMPACT FOR HIM AND HIS KINGDOM!!! AMEN!!!

Over the first 14 years of Liveprayer, we were blessed to have a dozen or so friends of the ministry the Lord had blessed, so when we had a slow month or other financial challenges I could make a few phone calls to find one of those friends who was able cover that need. We only had to share our monthly needs 4-5 times a month and the masses we minister to each day never even knew of the financial challenges we faced since we were able to cover them through that small network of friends.

Sadly, over the past 5 years, all but one of those friends have gone home to be with the Lord. In that time, we have come close several times to having to shut down Liveprayer due to a lack of finances to simply operate. However, God has moved on the hearts of dear friends at those critical moments who made the sacrifice to help us at the 11th hour in order for us to keep pressing forward.

Just last year at this time, we were at such a place, and the generous sacrifice of one of our friends kept Liveprayer alive! The result? This year, 2018, our 19th year online, has been one of most POWERFUL years of ministry! Being able to focus most of my time on ministering to the needs of the people we reach worldwide each day, we have received, prayed for, and sent a personal responses to just under 11 million emails for prayer so far during 2018. We have received apx. 1 million praise reports archived from the first 9 months of 2018! TO GOD BE THE GLORY!!!

MOST IMPORTANT HOWEVER, WE HAVE SEEN RIGHT AT 40,000 SOULS WE KNOW OF COME TO FAITH IN JESUS CHRIST SO FAR THIS YEAR!!! AMEN!!!

This has all be possible because friends like you have sacrificed your prayers and many, some of your treasure!!!

TODAY, I AM AT ONE OF THOSE CRITICAL PLACES. $19,000 of the $45,000 we still require to cover the balance of our October ministry operations is required IMMEDIATELY. I have been praying for several weeks, put off covering these critical operational needs day after day as I stood in faith for the help I needed, but I have run out of time. I simply don’t have the same grace period with our service providers I once did, so meeting our monthly obligations on time to simply operate are more imperative.

TODAY, I NEED JUST ONE OF OUR FRIENDS THE WHO IS WILLING TO MAKE A MAJOR SACRIFCE FOR THE LORD’S WORK HERE. I REALIZE IT IS EASY TO SIMPLY READ THESE WORDS, DISMISS THEM AS BILL JUST ASKING FOR MONEY, AND ASSUMING SOMEONE WILL HELP SINCE WE HAVE ALWAYS BEEN HERE. ONLY A FEW PEOPLE AND GOD KNOW HOW CLOSE WE HAVE COME NUMEROUS TIMES HAVING TO CLOSE DOWN LIVEPRAYER. IF I THOUGHT THAT WAS GOD’S WILL I WOULD NOT BE WASTING YOUR TIME. I REFUSE TO BELIEVE OVER $19,000 SOMEONE READING THESE WORDS RIGHT NOW CAN SACRIFCE IS GOING TO SHUT DOWN LIVEPRAYER.

AGAIN, IT IS EASY TO GO ON WITH YOUR DAY AND DEAL WITH YOUR OWN PROBLEMS, BUT GOD IS SPEAKING TO ONE PERSON WHO HAS THE ABILITY AND IS ABLE TO GO THE EXTRA MILE TO GET US THESE CRITICAL FUNDS AND REAP THE BLESSINGS OF YOUR OBEDIENCE AND FAITHFULNESS! I AM COUNTING ON ONE FRIEND TODAY TO JOIN FRIENDS OF LIVEPRAYER FROM PAST YEARS WHO ANSWERED A SIMILAR CALL AND ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR A HUGE NUMBER LIVES BEING IMPACTED AND SOULS SAVED THAT THEY WILL NEVER KNOW ABOUT UNTIL THEY ARE IN GLORY!!!

The good news is that during November and December, with many friends making year-end gifts, several foundations who make an annual gift to the ministry in December, we are always in good shape financially. Also, with the re-launch of the TV program on all of the major streaming services, being able to reach as many, if not more people nightly as we did when the program aired on traditional TV, it will give us an additional donors and the costs are pennies on the dollar for what the TV program used to cost the ministry.

The 19+ year track record of Liveprayer is for all the world to see and has been played out day by day, week by week, month by month, year by year, for nearly 2 decades now with the most transparency of any major ministry that ever existed. Many of you have been a witness to this miracle work of God. You know that I have never played games simply to entice donations. I have never shared a need that wasn’t truly needed. I have never hidden anything from the world, whether it be our challenges or our many great triumphs for the Lord!!!

TODAY I AM AT A PLACE WHER I SIMPLY NEED ONE OF OUR FRIENDS WHO THE LORD HAS PREPEARED AND ENABLED TO STEP UP AT THIS CRITICAL MOMENT. OVER THE PAST 2 SDECADES, MANY OTHERS HAVE ANSWERED THAT SPECIAL CALL. THE $19,0000 I NEED TODAY INSURES GOD’S LIFE CHANGING, SOUL-SAVING WORK HERE AT LIVEPRAYER KEEPS MOVING FORWARD WITHOUT ANY INTERRUPTION. I AM ASKING EVERYONE ELSE TO PRAY AND GIVE AS YOU ARE ABLE TO INSURE THE FINAL $26,000 IS COVERED BY THE END OF THE MONTH!!!

AFTER OVER 19 YRS OF FAITHFUL MINISTRY, HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS OF LIVES WORLDWIDE IMPACTED FOR CHRIST, I REFUSE TO ACCPET THAT GOD WILL ALLOW HIS WORK HERE TO CEASE OVER $19,000. IN THE SCHEME OF THINGS OF THE WORLD THAT IS VERY LITTLE, ESPECIALLY COMPARED TO HOW THE LORD WILL MULTIPLY THOSE FUNDS IN NOT JUST MILLIONS OF LIVES, BUT THE SOULS WHO WILL SPEND ETERNITY IN HEAVEN AND NOT HELL!!!

With just 7 days left in October, we are getting a late start on the $50,000 we require of our October ministry operations since we just cleared up our September shortfall last week. So far, we have received the first $5,000, leaving $45,000 to end the month with all of our obligations current.
