Advocating Our Beliefs as Effectively as Those Who Serve Satan

(Jonah 3:10)

***ASK BILL: Pastor Bill, I hear what you have to say today. And in doing so, i.e. this country has gone to hell and God's judgment is coming, why stick around? If you feel lead to stay here and evangelize, good, why should I stay here to be put through the wringer? Why not bug out to another country and watch the bombs drop, epm's hit, or any other way they choose to destroy this place?

ANSWER: This entire world is fallen and flawed. There is no place "safe" and without evil. We know that our lives are but for a moment. The beautiful thing for the child of God is that we can make a difference where God has planted us. We have been called to share our faith and stand for God's Truth no matter where we live. In the end, the only thing that matters for eternity is what we do for the Lord.

Advocating our beliefs as effectively as those who serve satan! I sit back in amazement day after day watching the advocates for satan take their stand in the marketplace and advance their agenda. From those who want to kill babies, to those who want to see gay marriage in all 50 states along with other special rights for homosexuals like gay adoption, to those who want to take God out of the public square, to those who represent false religions like Islam, to those who promote the traps of this world like pornography, drugs, alcohol, and sex, to those who simply hate Christ and Christians.

Satan's minions are focused, well financed, and tenacious as they advocate his agenda that lead to destroyed lives and souls burning in hell for all eternity!!!

I was watching in amazement last week as MSNBC anchor Chris Matthews mocked and ridiculed those who believe God's account of creation and those who hold a Biblical worldview. Evolution is NOT scientific fact as Matthews and others who reject the Biblical account of creation contend, but simply a "theory." It is a theory that many in the scientific community REJECT! To go on national TV and proclaim the LIE that science has proven evolution is the correct explanation for how the world came to be is not only dishonest, but shows how satan's advocates will tell a lie loud enough and long enough until the masses accept it as the truth.

The secular media does a great job of portraying Christians as ignorant, uneducated, foolish people who lay aside all reason to believe in fairy tales. The FACT is, Christianity is SUPPORTED by science, archeology, and history, and is not some blind leap in the dark. The Bible clearly answers all of the questions of life like where did we come from, why are we here, where are we going, something the world CANNOT explain! Those who adopt a non-Biblical worldview are forced to adopt any number of worldly explanations for life, leaving each person up to their own imagination to try and determine these basic answers about life.

Christians have removed ourselves so far from the culture, that we have virtually NO impact on the culture any longer, and when we do venture into the marketplace, we are quickly savaged by the minions of satan. I have spent the last 15 years of my life, virtually 24/7/365 in the marketplace in the secular media, on the Internet, reaching out to the masses outside the four walls of the church.

I can't even being to tell you the incredible warfare I deal with daily in taking on satan's minions head on each day. I fully understand why pastors hide behind their pulpits in the safety of their churches, why virtually all Christian ministries operate within the safety of the "Christian trough." Who needs the daily wars and the non-stop attacks. It is frustrating watching satan advance his cause because those who serve Christ either don't care enough or aren't strong enough to take a stand for Him

People tear into me all the time for lambasting the compromise and greed of those like Joel Osteen, Rick Warren, TD Jakes, and others who have large national platforms. That is because I KNOW that for a fraction of what these guys generate for their own kingdom, incredible headway could be made in our culture for God's Kingdom! Sadly, these men and many others have decided, like most of the priests and leaders on the Old Testament, that leading this nation to God and righteousness wasn't as important as creating their own following for the temporal riches and rewards of this world. They are more interested in pleasing men than pleasing God!

I have been at this for 22 years now. Let me lay this out to you so anyone can understand it. Why does Limbaugh have the political clout he does? A three-hour daily radio program. How did Oprah become the most powerful woman in the media? Because of her one-hour daily TV program on for decades and now her own cable network. Nobody on secular TV or radio is going to put on a program that takes a Biblical worldview on the issues of the day because it "offends" too many people.

However, with the glut of TV and radio outlets, there are ample opportunities to BUY your way into a national daily radio and TV slot. It is critical to buy the time so they can't censor the content. For $12 million, we can buy one year of air time, an hour a day Monday-Friday NATIONALLY on TV and radio, and have a huge platform that can lead this nation back to God and to His Truth while saving souls in the process.

Twelve million! In the world's scheme, that is nothing! If it was this easy, why hasn't someone else done it? I wish I could tell you. Sadly, those who generate these type of dollars are more interested in their agenda than God's and would rather use the $12 million for a new home or partial payment for a private Gulfstream!

The FACT is, there are millions out there who love the Lord, and are simply looking for a way to have their voice heard and make their life count. They would support such a vehicle to enable the program to continue if it had a year to live and attract that audience, just like they support those voices who simply preach to the choir. I could care less about worldly riches, fame or fortune, or I would not have been doing what I have for the past 22 years. My only goal is to see this nation return to God and to His Truth and see souls saved!!!

That national daily radio and TV program on secular networks is the vehicle that can bring millions of true followers of Christ together. It can become what Christians don't currently have nationally in the secular media, a SINGULAR VOICE ADVOCATING FOR BIBLICAL TRUTH AND FOR CHRIST! I have appeared on MSNBC, Fox News, CNN, and Christians are marginalized, treated as weird, strange people. The credibility of a national daily TV and radio program would give us a voice in the national media that these other media outlets can't control or marginalize with their spin.

IF WE ARE GOING TO TAKE ON SATAN, WE HAVE TO TAKE HIM ON ON HIS TURF! IF THE TOOLS OF SATAN CAN BE SUCH GREAT ADVOCATES FOR THE ENEMY, WE SHOULD BE EVEN GREATER ADVOCATES FOR CHRIST AND HIS TRUTH!!!

I love you and care about you so much. This is why we have been ineffective in fighting the advocates of satan. Those ministries and Christian groups with the resources, choose to invest them in the Christian media where they can keep the money train rolling! They aren't interested in saving souls or in standing for Christ in the marketplace. As a matter of fact, every time they get the chance, they RUN. Osteen brags about not talking about sin. Warren gets on his knees and begs the sodomite community to forgive him for standing for traditional marriage. With "leaders" like this, it is no wonder why we have little to no impact on our culture!!!

I can only encourage you today. God has raised up Liveprayer for this moment in human history. God gave me the vision for the Jonah Project years ago as I shared with you that you would begin seeing the very real judgment of God falling on this nation. You can keep living your life, taking care of yourself, or you can sacrifice your life and allow God to use you for His glory. When you come to the end of your life, it is not what you did for yourself that will matter, but what you did for God. Read that again. When you come to the end of your life, it is not what you did for yourself that will matter, but what you did for God.

***AUGUST FINANCIAL UPDATE: As we are now 15 days into August, we are down to just $6,000 short of covering the balance of our July shortfall. It is critical that we get this balance taken care of so we can being to work on the $40,000 we require for our August internet budget and the $25,000 we require for our August TV budget.

***CRITICAL NEED FOR ONE OR TWO PEOPLE THE LORD IS CALLING TO HELP ME WITH THIS KEY COMPONENT TO LEADING OUR NATION BACK TO GOD AND HIS TRUTH!!! During July, we had to meet 2 separate $6,000 "good faith" payments to keep the Chicago station airing our program since we have fallen several months behind in our payments to them. We had a $22,000 payment due Friday July 25th that we missed, with one more $22,000 payment due the end of this month to get our account current.

This past Monday, we weren't able to make our payment or a firm commitment, and it is up to the station now who most likely will cancel the program at some time this week! We will most likely be on tonight and I am desperately praying for 1 freind who has the ability to help me with a special one-time gift of $22,000 right away (it was one friend who sent a special gift of $50,000 to cover our first 2 months in Chicago), or 2 friends who can contact me immediately with a commitment to get us $11,000 right away.

This will insure the Liveprayer TV program can continue "live" every Monday-Friday from 11pm-1am in the great Chicagoland market of 10 million people. During the 6 months we have been on, tens of thousands of lives have been impacted and over 4,000 souls we know of come to faith in Jesus!
