Why the New Liveprayer TV Program is So Critical to the Spiritual Course of This Nation

(Deuteronomy 8:19,20)

ANSWER: You believe what the Bible, God's Word, says. If you accept the Lord Jesus Christ as your Savior by faith...YOU ARE BORN AGAIN!

Why the new Liveprayer TV program is so critical to the spiritual course of this nation, and in the lives of the viewers. Nobody can deny the nation is in a spiritual freefall. Nobody with any spiritual discernment can deny the judgment of God is falling on this nation and will only get worse. While we can discuss the issues that led us to this place, and I have warned you each step of the way over these past 14 yrs, the fact is we now have to deal with and address these issue before we see the full wrath and judgment of God fall and this nation as we know it no longer exists.

Some may take umbrage with that last comment, saying it is hyperbole and can never happen. Tell that to the Roman Empire, Greek Empire, Medo-Persian Empire, and nation after nation that NO LONGER EXISTS!

I look back over the past 14 yrs and how I warned you a decade ago men would be legally marrying men, women legally marrying women in this nation very soon...and they now are in 25% of our states with more coming. Over these past 14 yrs I was warning you that speaking out against the sin of homosexuality would soon be criminalized, and that is currently happening more and more. Over the past 14 yrs I warned you about the false relgion of Islam rising up in this nation (Don't miss Wednesday's Devotional where I deal with the move to make speaking out against Islam "hate speech."). In each case I remember getting email after email saying I was being paranoid and simply trying to stir people up!

We now have the better percentage of two full generations who have never been to church. Most young adults in their late 20s have NEVER even stepped into a church or heard a real Christian message. All they have heard is the negative drumbeat from the media their whole life how Christians are hateful, weak, judgmental people who are to be dismissed They have been brainwashed since birth with the lies of this world about EVERYTHING in life, and have only heard the Christian point of view in the context of how foolish it is to believe in such "fantasies."

Also over these past 14 yrs I have continually warned you about the failure of the church and how it has stopped leading the culture, but is now being led by the culture. This is why over these many years I have warned you about gutless motivational speakers like Joel Osteen, as well as the man-made marketing strategies like purpose driven/seeker/emerging church/prosperity gospel movements that aren't designed to save souls, only fill large auditoriums and stadium churches with warm bodies. In order to do that, they don't talk about sin, hell and damnation, they only tickle ears while entertaining people so they come back next Sunday (and drop their envelope in the bucket).

The church has been so watered down, in many cases apostate, it has lost touch with the lost, stopped evangelizing, and has locked itself into the comfortable subculture we have created for ourselves. That subculture also includes the Christian TV, radio, music, and publishing organizations that reach out to Believers only. It has left the culture to the wolves of satan like Beck and the Mormon cult, other cults like Kaballah and Scientology, fasle religions like Islam, and the New Agers like Deepak Chopra, Wayne Dyer, and Oprah who lead tens of millions of souls to hell with their satanic lies!

If you go back into the archives of my Devotionals over 14 yrs, you will see I have been warning you about these issues and many others since I could clearly see the spritual course of the nation shifting rapidly and knew we, like Israel, were getting so far from God that His punishment would be imminent. That is why I developed "The Jonah Project" ( http://www.liveprayer.com/jonah/ ) several years ago. It was a call to this nation like Jonah made to Nineveh. Nineveh was warned of God's destruction for their sins and they repented, turned to God, and His hand of judgment was stayed for a season. It was most likely the greatest revival and harvest of souls in human history.

If you ever forget the Lord your God and follow other gods and worship and bow down to them, I testify against you today that you will surely be destroyed. Like the nations the Lord destroyed before you, so you will be destroyed for not obeying the Lord your God. (Deut 8:19,20)

The one piece, the most critical piece to the Jonah Project has finally come into place with the re-launch of the Liveprayer TV program on May 6th. We are initially on "live" every Monday-Friday from Mid-2am EDT in dozens of markets, and will be adding more each month as we are able. Within the next month or so, we will be on a non-Christian channel on DirecTV and DISH. Here is the GREAT news! Over the next 3-4 months Liveprayer will have its' own "live" 24/7 HD ROKU channel that will also be available in HD digitally through your computer or other digital devices. In addition to the Liveprayer TV program Mon-Fri from Mid-2am EDT, the rest of the time there will be a LIVE person in a studio to pray for people as they call in from all over the world. It will be the first televised "live" 24/7 prayer channel anywhere!

The main focus of our attention has been on our digital presence. Over 40% of people now watch TV thru ROKU or other computer aps on their traditional television, or on their laptop, tablet, or phone. Those 30 and under are NOT being reached any other way. As I told you 10 years ago, ALL media will soon be accessed in this way. The days to traditional TV are not quite over, but numbered. The great thing is, it costs us a fraction of what it used to cost to reach more people, have access literally to a worldwide audience, than when we did the program from 2003-2009.

I love you and care about you so much. As those who follow Liveprayer know, this has NOTHING to do about money. It is about souls and turning this nation back to God and His Truth. The traditional media has blacked out a Christian worldview and the message of the Gospel. Supposed "champion of the people" Bill O'Reilly, recently called people of faith "Bible thumpers." Nothing new, I hear that on MSNBC, CNN, and the rest of the media daily. While the media champions and cheerleads for the agenda of satan, LITERALLY, they shun and refuse to even air a Christian point of view on the issues.

That is OK since the TV media is reaching less and less people, while more and more people are being reached digitally. The same premise that birthed Liveprayer, bring God's Truth to the marketplace, save souls, and help lead this nation back to God and His Truth using the vehicle of prayer still exists. We have reached tens of millions of lost and hurting souls through the years when they came to us for prayer in a time of need. Hundreds of thousands of people watched the TV program over the years, something they would never ordinarily watch since it was always on non-Christian TV channels, because it was NOT the typical preach and beg Christian TV format, but spoke clearly the Truth of the Bible on the issues of the day that impacted their lives, something most had never heard.

Please be praying for Liveprayer as we move forward. Trust me, even though it was a health battle, I have no doubt where my illness last week, the worst in my life lasting 4 days, came from. Also, now more than ever I need your prayers that we keep our finances current. We have launched everything currently in place that forms the backbone of our broadcasting side for less than $20,000. Instead of adding tens of thousands to our budget to keep it going, it will cost us less than $3,000 each month. It used to cost us $40,000 a month when we were on TV from 2003-2009 to reach FAR LESS people! No dobut as people watch the program who never heard of Liveprayer, catch the vision of our work, we will see a new host of friends to pray for us and help us cover the monthly operational budget.

So please be in prayer about helping me over these next few months stay current with our basic operations as we move forward. We are doing what nobody else is doing, reaching people the church and other ministries have abandoned. It has been the faithful prayers and gifts of so many in the Liveprayer family that has taken us to this point while impacting tens of millions of lives worldwide and seeing over 700,000 souls we know of come to faith in Christ alond the way.

It will be your faithful prayers and your gifts in these coming months that will be used to bring God's Word to the marketplace that is virtually void of His Truth, to pray for the hurting, to save souls, and ultimately I BELIEVE, to help turn this nation back to God and His Truth and usher in a "Nineveh Moment!!!"
