The Harvest is Plentiful

(Luke 10:2,3)

***ASK BILL: Can you explain to me all the new versions of the Bible no longer capitalize the pronouns that refer to the Lord, such as him, his, he, my, my, you and your?

ANSWER: Sadly, there have been many such changes along these lines. Many versions play games with the gender as well. They key is to know they are referring to the Lord, making the meaning the same.

"He told them, 'The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field. Go! I am sending you out like lambs among wolves.' Luke 10:2,3

I pray you and your family are well. The spiritual issues that are destroying this nation are becoming worse each day since they are being pushed on our culture with virtually zero opposition.

In the year 2012, over 80% of our churches are part of mainline denominations that have virtually forsaken Biblical Truth and souls for political correctness and entertainment, even to the point they support or simply refuse to speak out against gross sins like homosexuality, abortion, fornication, adultery, and other sins!

The vast percentage of the other 20% are the new man-made seeker/purpose driven/emerging church marketing strategies that neuter God's Word in order to put warm bodies into the seats each Sunday.

While so many major ministries are building buildings, buying private jets, building their own kingdom, they are ignoring the culture that is rotting around them, instead choosing to stay in the safety of the four walls of the church.

One of the most well known Christian TV pastors is asking people to give him $2.5 million to pay off debts. This same man just spent $40 MILLION on a new Gulfstream, has one home worth $12 MILLION, and 3 others.

I would sell the Gulfstream, pay the debts, and use the balance to go on every major SECULAR TV station to reach the lost. But the lost don't give you money for private jets, nor do they care to hear the typical "give me money and become rich" messages taking Scripture out of context that make up 90% of the content on Christian TV programming.

As we head into the final day of May, we are still $25,000 short of covering our basic operational budget, and of course have to look ahead to the $40,000 we need for June. Within the next 3-4 months we should see new support coming in as the TV audience builds.

I am praying for 3 friends who can help me today with a gift of $5,000 or more.
