What the Rest of 2008 will Bring

(John 16:12-15)

What the rest of 2008 will bring. I am grateful to God for His grace that has allowed me to even bring this message to you today. I don't say that lightly. For those who have been part of the Liveprayer family and paying attention since the start of 2007, I told you numerous times last year that the year 2008 would be the most critical in human history. Should Christ tarry in His return, this year is going to change the course of human history. No matter how God has used my life since I fully surrendered to serve Him 18 years ago, and no matter how God may use my life after this year is over, I firmly believe in my heart of hearts that it was for these 12 months of 2008 God gave me life.

Starting last August, satan went on a full scale campaign to take me out. Literally. It escalated into the month of December when I can tell you know that the forces of hell were unleashed upon me. In nearly 2 decades of serving the Lord, I have dealt with satan's attacks pretty much on a daily basis. I can assure you that unless you have felt the full force of his evil, you can't even begin to imagine what it is like. By the grace of God alone I have come thru this time, the Lord protected me, kept me, and despite being rocked and shaken many times, has kept me standing. He truly is our strong tower, our shield, our fortress, our protector, our deliverer.

Because of all God has showed me about this year and the role He is asking me to play, what I have been through over these recent months is not surprising. We read about the prophets in the Old Testament. Most were men who lived many years, but all we know about them is their service for God that made it into the pages of the Bible which was only a few weeks, months, or years of their overall life. The point is that for those who faithfully serve the Lord their entire life, there might come a moment when God has a special work for you to accomplish during which time he will equip and elevate you to a place where your life can influence and impact millions and millions of souls as well as nations, and possibly even the course of human history!

During 2008, those who want to see us dead and wiped off the face of the globe will make their presence known once again on our soil. It has never been a matter of if, only when we would be attacked again. Even though it isn't on the news every day, the fact is those who follow the false religion of Islam are becoming a growing force in this nation both politically and economically. They are exercising their will on the people of this nation and will be fully supportive of the more radical elements of their faith who actually carry out the death and destruction against those who refuse to follow the lies of Islam. During the course of this year, the very real horror, threat, and presence of Islam in this country will be experienced again

In November, we will go to the polls to elect our next President. The sad reality is that more people will vote for the next American Idol than then next American President. Whoever wins the White House will be a person who is NOT a friend of God and will lead this nation further from God and Biblical values. It will finally cause followers of Christ to quit expecting someone in Washington DC to do the work God has called His people to do, and to finally stop looking for spiritual leadership from a politician, but find that leadership from those men and women God raises up in these last days to faithfully and without compromise lead people to His Truth and faith in Jesus Christ.

Over these next 11 months we will be seeing greater persecution than ever before against Christians. Those who deny God, the Bible, and reject Christ will be bolder than ever in their open rebellion towards Christianity. In the media, the workplace, everywhere, it will be open season on Christianity while the cults, false religions, and New Age philosophies of the world are promoted and glorified. New Age witch Oprah launched a 12 month course on her XM Satellite station in January promoting her New Age beliefs to the world. Books on atheism were the biggest sellers last year and will be big sellers again this year. Every person who claims the Bible is a lie and the Christian faith is a myth will get a platform in the media to spread their lies.

THE FACT IS AROUND THE WORLD NOBODY CARES IF CHRISTIANS AND THE CHRISTIAN FAITH IS MOCKED AND DEMEANED AND THERE WILL BE A GREAT INCREASE IN CHRISTIANS IMPRISONED, TORTURED, AND KILLED FOR THEIR FAITH AROUND THE GLOBE LIKE NEVER BEFORE DURING 2008!!!

It is against this backdrop of Islam dominating the world, a nation in spiritual freefall with political leaders who are not friends of God, and the increasing boldness and aggressive actions of those who deny God and His Truth, that we will see the last 11 months of this year unfold. It is also against this backdrop that God has shown me a remnant will coalesce and help bring about a spiritual revival that will start in the United States and spread throughout the world, a worldwide revival like never before in human history. There will be a turning back to God and to the Truth of His Word like never before. This revival won't come thru the churches, the true churches will at some point get on board, it will come in a way like never before..THRU THE INTERNET!!!

Let me ask you a question. Where do you think men received the wisdom to create the Internet? GOD! Do you think the Internet was created for educational purposes, to distribute porn, for gambling, for social interaction, for merchandising, to play games, or for any of the other things it is being used for today? Those are all ways the Internet has been used, but I firmly believe God allowed this technology to be created to link the world so every man, woman, and child could hear about the love of Jesus Christ! It is through this technology that this revival will start and spread throughout the entire world!!!

If that is true, why hasn't it happened already since there are probably over a million websites proclaiming Christ now? Simple. Timing and the right application. Part of what I have attempted to do these past 101 months, in addition to the daily ministry we provide to several million worldwide each day, is to position Liveprayer as a visible and accessible oasis of hope for people in times of distress. As the year unfolds, more and more people will be looking for hope and answers due to the events we will be seeing play out each day in the news.

That is why we have been led to do the TV program exclusively on the Internet and create a 24/7 broadcast stream that by the end of the year will have unique programming geared to deal with all the issues of life people have to face from a Biblical world view. That is why we are in the process of launching dozens of new features on the website over the next few months to drive millions of people who normally would not visit a Christian website to Liveprayer. Over these past 8+ years we have seen over 200,000 souls come to faith in Christ through Liveprayer. By the end of this year, we are going to see millions more!

IT IS FROM THIS OUTREACH OF LIVEPRAYER THAT A WORLDWIDE REVIVAL IS GOING TO BE SPARKED!!! THE HARD WORK, THE PRAYERS, THE MANY SACRIFICES OF SO MANY OVER THE PAST 101 MONTHS ARE ALL GOING TO BE REALIZED OVER THE NEXT 11 MONTHS AS GOD USES LIVEPRAYER TO UNLEASH A SPIRITUAL REVIVAL ACROSS THE FACE OF THE PLANET THAT HAS NEVER BEEN SEEN BEFORE!!!

I love you and care about you so much. There are currently a little over 2.4 million people all over the world who get the Daily Devotional each day. Over the years, there have been 3 million others who received it and for a myriad of reasons decided to unsubscribe. Likewise, there is an active base of right at 1,000 people who donate to Liveprayer throughout the year. Over 5,000 more have donated at some point over the past 101 months and don't any longer. It is from this faithful group who will pray and are willing to sacrifice some of their earthly treasure that Liveprayer will be sustained throughout the next 11 months and become a mighty instrument in God's hand to impact the eternal souls of millions and usher in a great revival around the world.

JUST LIKE I HAVE TO BE FAITHFUL TO DO WHAT GOD HAS CALLED ME TO DO EACH DAY, YOU HAVE TO BE FAITHFUL AS WELL!

A huge issue that I am facing today is bringing in the last 35 units ($25,000 each unit) of the 50 I need to finance the advertising/branding of the TV program and network on the Internet, which will also be the catalyst to driving millions of people to Liveprayer.com. So far, we have had 10 people commit to 15 of the units. It is very important for me to bring in these last 35 units as quickly as possible. I know that there are 35 people, less if some take more than 1 unit, who have been blessed by God and have $25,000 they can tie up for 12 months and at the end of those 12 months get their investment back plus 10% interest.

To not put our non-profit status in jeopardy, we had to create Liveprayer Productions, Inc, a for-profit company for the Internet TV program since it will generate advertising revenues. It is from those adverting revenues that the TV program will be sustained, and by the end of the year, it is through those advertising revenues that we will be able to also cover all of the Liveprayer.com budget each month as well. That means we won't have to rely on the monthly support fro friends like you just to operate, and can several times during the year put together special programs like we did at Christmas for the single moms to make a tangible impact in people's lives.

So today, I need you to first pray for God's continued protection and blessings as we move forward, taking our stand for Christ and the Truth of His Word as we fulfill the role God has called us to play during this most critical year. I also need those who are able to pray about being part of this small group of people who are going to help me finance this bold move we are making to bring Christ to millions more worldwide each day.

***There are a few opportunities we get in life to make a profound impact in the souls of men, and for those God has blessed and have the resources, I need 35 of you, less if some are willing to take multiple units, to step up today and take your stand for Christ and the souls of men with me! The leader of a major ministry recently raised $30,000,000 from his donors in order to buy a new private jet. Another, raised $20,000,000 to buy the ministry a new building to operate out of. Still another, raised $3,500,000 in a single offering for his "birthday present." If people will give someone $30 million for a private jet, $20 million for a new building, $3 1/2 million for a birthday present, are there not 50 people or less who will help me raise the $1.25 million I need, and will give back to them in a year plus 10% interest, to help lead millions of souls to faith in Jesus Christ???

I don't have a huge staff, no buildings, no private jets, but neither did the prophets in the Old Testament. They had their faith in God, His calling on their life, and a small group of followers who the ministered to and who in return prayed for and supported the prophet of God as they saw the hand of God and the fruit of his life each day. Most of you know my heart and you know I don't do this for fame or fortune, but to simply be obedient to what God has called me to do with my life. In the end, that is all any of us should seek since when we stand before God that is all that will matter.

Be prepared to see many things over these next 11 months, but most of all, be prepared to see the Holy Sprit of God moving across the face of this globe and in millions of lives as we help usher in what may be the last great harvest of souls before our Lord returns.
